Why we consider P.F for motor but not for the Transformer?

As in Transformer when the manufacturers design it they don't know on which power factor consumer will operate the transformer. The transformer is able to deliver the power to any type of load (R,L,C,RL,RC, RLC or any other), but the load on the Transformer keeps on changing throughout of the day. And as we know power factor depends upon the load. That's why we don't consider power factor for Transformer.

While in Motor, it consumes real power only and delivers mechanical power. Also while designing the power factor is fixed as it depends on the winding parameter of the motor.
