Evolution of BulbBy : Diptimayee - 28-Mar-2018
Let me take you to that age where people are surviving without light. Then they found the way to produced light by the friction of stones for which they can sustain in this earth, meet their basic need & their livelihood.
Gradually it became an essential part of everyone’s life. Then the use of candle came to a picture. It has been used over a period of time, but unable to use when nature does not allow to use it in certain conditions. Although it’s useful to mankind has some disadvantage also. So people start working to overcome this situation. We started taking advantage of natural resources & turned it into our basic requirement. As time was passing, we enter into the age where the electric bulb has been invented. Problems with candles have eradicated. But some other situation has been faced by mankind in each & every moment of life according to lifestyle & requirement. Once they get the things, they start doing best practice from the previous level to the next level where people get maximum advantage of it. And with the course of time, we came from Arc Lamp to incandescent Bulb. Although a lot of invention has been done in every step, they didn’t come to front & became famous as like the electric bulb. Within this period incandescent bulb has kept its benchmark for a longer period of time. Then we move to compact fluorescent light (CFL) introducing with low consumption power than the incandescent bulb. Now in these days, people have become more wakening towards conservation of energy. So, here light Emitting Diode (LED) came to a picture having better features than CFL. Now also people trying their best to making things which will more effective than LED working in Nanotechnology, etc…
But all time people think about overcoming certain limitation & come up with new advanced techniques & in an optimized way. There are many things exist in this world those are based on advanced technology but they could not able to come to the front due to certain reasons.
So, I would like to mention that light which will give us pleasure by looking its working principle & using such techniques behind it.
It’s all about levitating bulb what I really want to represent in this articles.
