A Digital signal is obtained after sampling and quantization of an analog signal.
Discrete signal is the signal obtained after sampling only.

A digital signal is an averaged value of the signal and can have two logics of binary number system either 0 or 1.

A Discrete signal is the instaneous value of the signal and posses the permutation and combinations of number of decimal number system from -9 to 9.

A Digital signal is a signal which has values either 1 or 0. It is a time series that is a function of 1 or 0. which represent the on or off state.
While in discrete signal , it is a time series that is a function of domain of Integer. So it can represent any value like different ranges are - (-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3) , (5,6,7,8) etc. on the other hand digital signal represents only 0 or 1. Range is (0,1).
