Guaranteed Technical Particular (GTP) is a technical sheet of specifications related to the material to be purchased. Usually it is used as an enclosed document in the tender doc, which contains the expected specifications about the product to be purchased.

The word Guaranteed means that these are the specifications which the seller has to guarantee when he/ she going to sell the material against the purchased order. And the material should be as per GTP.
