As the power factor is the ratio of true power and apparent power. In DC systems, only true power exists as there is no lagging or leading in current versus voltage.
So this implies that DC doesn't have power factor.
BUT
Pulse if we keep in mind the pulse rating DC power factor doesn't exist but pulse rating DC posses frequency.
