Initially, The Group began its operations in Facility Management Services (FMS) and later entered the Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) business, in the fiscal year 2008. The EPC business got its intensity with the acquisition of Sri Eswara Sai Construction Private Limited, a company registered in the year 2007 engaged in the installation of transmission lines, which was subsequently merged with and into the Company, in January 2008.
