A family managed organization known as Hemant Tools Trading Co., was established in 1954. Over period of time, the firms more firms Ms. Kantilal Keshavlal and Tools and Gauges, were established in 1965 and 1979 respectively. In order to enhance planned growth and ensure consolidation of efforts, all the companies were merged together thereby giving birth to Hemant Tools Pvt. Ltd. in 1989.
