The Morarjee Goculdas Spinning & Weaving Co. Ltd. is the oldest textile company in India, established as early as 1871. It is among the first five companies to be listed on the Indian stock exchanges.
In 1935, the mill was acquired by Piramal Chaturbhuj, heralding a new era of growth and prosperity. Since inception, quality and service were the hallmarks of the company. Riding on these factors, the company has survived the ups and downs in the textile sector.
